Have you ever come to Substack when up pops an article by a fellow ‘Stacker that really stands out? This evening, there was one such submission just begging for attention by the writer Ohun Ashe. She looks to be perhaps mid-50’s, so, understandably, she has probably experienced personal racism in her life. One would certainly think so, because most everything she writes seems to be based on how bad white people are.

No argument here, Ohun, in that we (white people) have a long, long list of people who are a true credit to stupidity, and an embarrassment to our entire race. However, to that truth, whites are not the only ones guilty of practicing racism. Hate, unfortunately, knows no color barriers. In fact, blacks actually can be racist, too. Yup, that’s true.

Do not take anyone’s word for anything racebaiting, as there are wide varieties of global “news” sources to be referred to daily, in both text and audio, so if you want a pretty accurate measure of what is actually going on in your country, listen to, and read what you are used to and comfortable with, and THEN look for the same headlines being covered in other parts of the world. You will see very different perspectives aside from what you expect.

If you are so cemented into your political party’s mantras, there is probably little hope for an open view of our successful, peaceful future. Thus, little hope for a meeting of minds and hearts.

Just know one thing, people; the Reverend Al doesn’t speak for, or represent you anymore than the Ku Klux Klan does for me.
